check your idle speed. you MUST follow the procedure for this. that is, adjust it with the iacv disconnected. with iacv disconnected, speed should be at 500rpm. once adjusted to 500rpm, reconnect iacv. speed should now be at 750-800rpm. if so, clear code and allow idle relearn. that is, idle for 10 minutes UNDISTURBED.
if that doesn't do it, service the iacv AND port

What do you mean by service iacv and port?

I have taken out my iacv and cleaned it 3 times this was about 2 months ago. Ive had this issue for about 4 months. My car will idle really low at times to the point where it turns off.. then other days it will just jump from 1000rpm to 2500rpm continually at dead stops. Also im getting very bad gas mileage.

to clean the port, remove the air cleaner boot. if you have a fitv, there will be 2 ports inside the throttle body bore. the iacv port will be the top one. if no fitv, the iacv is the only one there. start the engine. now spray your intake cleaner directly into the port. use the straw provided to get it right in. work the throttle cable with one hand while spraying with the other.

if that doesn't work, and you've already adjusted the idle AS PER PROCEDURE, then check your ignition timing. it sounds like timing
