Yes, of course it does. But by a negligible amount. Any change in combustion characteristics (whether it's from compression changes, spark delivery, fuel delivery, etc) will have an effect on vacuum pull. However, the amount that it will change will hardly be noticible, even on a normal vacuum gauge/boost gauge.
It definitely won't have an effect on any sensors, BOV, etc that you will have attached to vacuum.

super correct
remember vacuum is more related to the overall health of your engine. changing static compression would theoretically have an effect, but you have to remember... you had to take apart the motor and reassemble it to change the static compression. when you reassembled it you sealed it better and now you're making better vacuum regardless of if you dropped or raised compression.
now cam selection will have a major effect on vacuum.
