Icon3 LOTS OF SMOKE!!

So I finally just got my 90 integra ls running good again and after a week it starts smoking like crazy. There was no smoke until now. I know its oil. I pulled off my turbo mani and there was oil coming out of cylinders 2 and 3 on the exhaust side. Any ideas?? I've been told piston rings but could it be valve seals? It only smokes when the gas is pressed. no smoke at idle

do a wet compression test or leakdown, but you say it was leaking out of the cyl ? i'd then say HG

I'm sorry I might be Honda stupid, but theres oil oming from 3 and 4 when I pulled the turbo manifold off. And What should I be looking for from a compression test?

there's shouldn't bee oil IN the exhaust port clean it up see if it comes back. do the standard dry comp test then do a wet test record the numbers each test if it jumps by a lot on the wet test your rings are the cause.

You said turbo mani so I'm guessing this is boosted. Is it stock internals? How was it tuned ? On most stock internal turbo setups a little detonation will break the ring lands into pieces. These are the little grooves the rings go in. When they break they mimic the symptoms of bad rings but usually is them instead. Rings are quite strong so is the actual surface of the sleeve they sit against, the cast aluminum piston is usually the weak point

yes stock internals and it was never tuned only on a basemap. But it hasn't been driven only test started a couple times in my garage. The smoke is really white to me but theres oil coming out of the exhaust ports. Maybe theres a blue tint that I don't see but I can't be sure.

Is there a chance you're running a catch can and it's setup incorrectly? I had my catch can hooked up wrong at one time, and one day when I left my house it looked like a rocket ship taking off there was so much smoke. Had to wait until smoked cleared to see through it... LOL
