Dumping your car is bad in every possible, conceivable way except for looks, and that's if you even like the way they look (I don't...). A 2" drop is good, and you shouldn't have any problems going over speed bumps if you have decently stiff springs.

Search around in the suspension forum just to look at different peoples' setups and see what you like.

i'm dropped 2" all the way around on tokico springs and struts, with 15" rims and 205/50 tires, it doesn't tuck tires but the gapping is about a fingers width.. honestly i want lower, probably when this suspension is worn i will go with skunk2 coilover setup so i can tuck tires some.. just looks better like that to me, but with my current setup speed bumps are ok, but i have to hit inclines at an angle, or else you will have a big flat spot on the bottom of your header like i do...

Finger gap up front, flush in back. Anything lower and you're borderline ricing it.

however low you wanna go. think about the condition of the roads you will be driving on. you don't want it too low, and cause you more harm than good.

You should be fine with a 2" drop but depending on the speed bump size. But a little angle attack shouldn't be too much trouble. You just need to learn how to drive with the drop.

x2. Mines lowered about 3 inches all around, and after the first few times of bottoming it out i learned the secret to speed bumps/driveways... go slow

Since you're in cali i say drop it to the legal minimum heigh. Still looks nice but not to low to the point where you get hassled by cops.

yeah, I bet! Your suspention is probbably crapping out already...Don't listen to this guy don't dump your car...You will kill all your suspention components this way...try like .5 or .75 drop, keep it safe! Besides cars that are that low, handle like $hit!

because slamming serves ZERO purpose other than looks. Ride is crap, handling is crap.

I switch up all the time from riding slammed to just low. When slammed, the handling really is crap tho, the ride wasn't that bad. I agree with PatrickGSR, slamming your ride is mostly for looks.

looks good, but handles like ****

Mines dropped 2" all the way around on sk2 springs. I love it, still rides and handles great, looks good, and I don't have any problems with speed bumps!

many argue that integras look best dropped as low as possible(within reason) i happen to agree.. do a proper suspension and it will handle fine
