My roommate has a 91 integra ls and in the guage cluster lights and all the other interior lights fuse keeps blowing and so does the radio fuse too. When he replaces it they will blow when the car is started again. Also the turnk light on the guage cluster wont turn off even when the trunk is closed. There must be a short somewhere for this to keep happening

a lot of things run off the same fuse, start checking all of them one by one. has he changed anything recently like a bulb perhaps? This happened to me once because i put the wrong sized bulb in something. Maybe the license plate light got smashed and is grounding out.
