just installed my gsr cams..couple questions...help!!!

just installed my gsr cams..couple questions...help!!!
i jus put on the cam holders ,plates. etc... after i put all of that on the cam gears arent moving freely there like stiff ...is this normal???

i put the camgears both facing up....then i put the cam holders ( E1 I1 2,3,4, E5 I5).....lubed all of them...then the 2 plates ...after i put the bolts on the plates and holders, the cam gears/cams arent spinning freely...like i cant move the cam gears...is this normal

are you trying to move them with your hands? if you are you cant, your fighting the valvesprings.
