Default integra w/ s2000 engine swap?

hey guys whats goin on? this is my first post here. i am about to buy an integra as my daily driver. its lowered with intake and exhaust nothing special. Its an ls. my best friends mom has an s2000.a 2005. under 20,000 miles on it. But she got drunk and ran it into a truck. So she said i could use what parts i could. And the engines perfect. I know weird huh but shes rich and now she had to go back to driving her gallardo so i dont feel bad. Hell she bought me my trans am!! i love her. Anyway could i swap the s2000 engine into my ls? would i have to do a rear drive conversion with it? cause i am not onjected to that trust me!!! or how about an all wheel drive?
PERFECT SITUATION; you guys tell me how to use parts of a crv and an s2000 to make an all wheel drive s2000 powered integra.

but i am realistic and only have a few grand to sink into it. can it be done? is it possible to put the engine it without any major mods? is it possible to also get the rear end and a modified drif shaft to do a rear wheel drive? or exactly what would this entail?

please guys i am not familiar with hondas bu my best friend said you can use the crv parts to make a civic all wheel drive and isnt an integra the same chassis?
i hope i remember this website in case i dont i ask you to please email me at tenchii1@hotmail.com! but ill try to check back here. thanks guys!!

Totally dude, people do it all the time! The most common mods are:

1. Intake

2. Header

3. S2000 motor into an Integra

Of course step 3 pretty much makes step 1 & 2 pointless, but that's okay because so is this thread.

I'm sorry, I had a bad night. I suck

why not just answer his fucken question instead of posting retarded replies?

anyway, it's not possible with just a couple grand. i've never heard of an s2000 engine in an integra but i'm guessing it'd be some major $ and work to put one in.

Since I'm in a good mood.....

Anything can be done with infinite supply of money, but you only have a couple grand, so no you couldnt do an s2000 swap/rwd conversion on an integra with a couple grand. Youre better off boosting your integra with the couple grand, or getting header/intake/exhaust/cams/tune.

If you chose boosting the integra, dont ask us what parts you need, will i beat gallardos etc. Just read up on it, you can boost a stock LS on 10psi and get around 240hp. Or you could use the money on your transam and make that GM parts bin faster than that LS could be, boosted on stock internals.

It'd be working good if I had an engine in my car,
working on putting it back together, and boosting it again summerish.

LS1 or even LT1 powered cars can be made to run 12s easily with a few mods, obviously much more for the LT1 though.

^ yup. to drop an s2k motor into your integra will require a lot of money and fabrication.

Since you haven't bought an integra yet, if I were you, I'd take that motor for free, then wait it out until someone with an s2000 with a blown motor comes up, buy the shell and put it in for cheap. Thats the best way to use that motor, or you could sell it.

Well, i cant tell you how to do that swap. I can tell you that you wont be able to do it yourself. This is not a smart decision. HOWEVER!! i do have an S2000 and i would love some 05 exterior parts for it. PLEASE PM ME if you're intereseted in maybe selling some stuff. Im not trying to make this a for sale thread or anything.

Until you get extensive knowledge in car building and fabrication you will not be putting an S motor into an integra and definetly not making it awd/rwd.

thats what i would do. b/c the money you would put into the car to even make it possible its just better to sell it and use that money for performance or cosemetics. w/e suits you
