integra starting problem..

integra starting problem..
driving regularly then ran out of gas, filled up 2 gallons of gas still wont crank.
towed the car home, still wont turn over.
the car cranks but doesnt turn over.
-added gas
-new fuel filter
-main relay clicks
-fuel pump buzzes
-new spark plugs
car still wont crank, its a 91 integra da 5 speed.
i need help
*the rpm needle bounces up and down while cranking

You ran the car bone dry to the point it ran out of fuel on the side of road?
First use some starting fluid, coat it in the throttle body, if that doesnt get it started then......
Turn the key to on position, have 2 of your buddy's push you up to about 15mph and dump the clutch in first, guarantee it will start. If it struggles keep it going by givin it gas, If it doesnt then its something electrical, do you have good fuel pressure? Prime the fuel pump/filter 3 or 4 times before you do that tho.
After you do get it started, run some concentrated fuel system cleaner threw a full tank with plus or premium.
And clean the throttle body with some throttle body cleaner.
Ya should be good after that, let me know how it goes.

@d0wnShiFt: yeah ran it boneee dry on the side and then i pushed it to the curve havent tried all of these methods yet but i will today.
