Integra Power Folding mirror Switch operation
Hey guys, I've looked and all searching has come up with is how-to and pictures for wiring the power folding mirrors but I'm wondering how the switch works. I would like to figure this out before I buy one.
Is it simply an On/Off switch?
Or does it send a pulse of +12V to the relay's gate pin?
If it DOES do this, when the relay reads +12V on the gate pin, does the relay go HIGH and stay HIGH, sending +12V to the mirrors? Or does it turn off after XX seconds? Then if the car is turned off, does the relay go LOW and won't go HIGH until the button is pushed?
I'm asking because I am thinking of wiring up some other "switch controlled devices" to this very discrete switch while keeping an OEM look.
Thanks,
