this. The housings aren't made to take the heat from the 21W filament being on all the time.
Also if you do this, you won't be able to see your front turn signals at all, especially in the day time, because you won't be able to see the difference between the 21W filament and both 21W and 5W filaments on at the same time.

The best way to doing this is to use single pole single throw relay(with 2 outlet) from radio shack or any other electronic store. The switch source will come from one of the corner lights and the main power source will come from the battery. Of course theres a ground. beside that theres the 2 power going out to the lights. 1 will go to the corner light you got the switch source from and the other goes to the bumper light. That this point you will be using double filament bulbs. You might have to do some trimming on the bulb harness to fit into the lens. Sorry for not giving you a visual. Ill get a picture up when i get a chance. I suggest using a relay, is due to the fact that it is safe and you get consistent power to the lights. If anything gets fried, it will be the relay, not your wires.

this is an example of the setup. But instead of 1 outlet, you wanna get the relay with 2 outlet(normally labeled 87,87a). You can use 1 relay for each side or have them share. I would probably use 2 to not have to run wires across the left to right side. I haven't done this in awhile so please correct me if im wrong in anyway everyone. Good luck buddy.
