Default Ignition?

I was driving down the highway when my started making loud thumping noises then died. I tried to start it and it barely turned over then thumped and died, forcing me to have it towed. Upon investigation, I noticed that the timing belt was worn, and had a tear in it but didn't break, but the engine had skipped time. I replace the timing belt and got it back in time then tried to start it. Still no start. I tested to see if I had spark, but it wasn't getting any. My car will crank but not start. I know it's not the starter, because my car cranks, but I'm thinking either the ignition coil or ignition module inside the dizzy. I've pulled the cap off, and can't get the rotor off, the screw won't budge, so I have 2 questions for the more knowledgeable gear heads out there, first, am I right in guessing my ignition coil and/or ignition module? And since I cant unscrew the rotor screw without completely stripping it, if I just break the rotor off, will it effect anything else or break my dizzy completely?

Use the penetrating lube of your choice on the rotor screw (soak for 5 minutes) and grab the head with a small pair of vice grips. Tap the vice grips with a hammer to break it loose and you should have it out no problem.

No the CEL isn't on. No engine lights or maintenance lights of any kind are on.

I did the "3 clicks test" to check the main relay haha, it checked out, but where is my ACG fuse? Just in the fuse box? and is there a better check the main relay?

ACG is under the dash fuse box, and find a friends car and swap out the mains to see if yours works just fine. easiest way to see if it works fine.
