Idle bouncing up and down?
When I start my car my idle started idling at 2800 rpm then back down to about 800 rpm then bounce back to 2800 rpm and continuously does it. Any advice?

Not sure if this kind of thing just starts to happen out of nowhere. You should mention any work you might have done on the car recently. And if you did something, i would check there and make sure everything is on properly. I swapped an intake manifold once and it was idling this exact way and it was a bad tb gasket that gave the vacuum leak.

This can occasionally happen when a neglected cooling-system finally plugs the FITV lines, leading the FITV remaining open when the engine is warm, feeding excessive air into the engine, causing a fluctuating idle.
Less seriously, I'll bet a large but undisclosed amount of unspecified valuables that some sort of deliberate action preceded this problem.

I haven't changed anything but my distributer... Not really a honda guy so I don't really know anything about the motors and what not so if You can possibly give me a walk through on how to fix/improve the fluctuating problem I would really appreciate it.

Doesnt necessarily have to be changed but touched/inspected recently by anyone. If it really wasnt touched at all then bottom line is a vacuum leak somewhere. Tons of people have had vacuum leaks and theres lots of places it can come from. I would do a search for 'vacuum leak' and read the previous threads cuz theres gonna be list after list of suggestions on what to check. Besides the couple things already mentioned here.
Im not that technically inclined with trouble shooting but just to add to it, inspect gaskets that relate to vaccum and check that bolts are tightened. For a better list, search through previous threads.
