Default IACV Sensor got wet

So i was in the process of cleaning the IACV and once I unbolted it from the manifold I unplugged the sensor and then removed the hoses and coolant spilled onto the Sensor and I grabbed it as fast as I could and set it to the side when i went to clean the IACV.

Now I installed it all back up and started my car and it was rough idle almost to the point where it was dieing so I gave it gas and as soon as I released it would die.

Should I be okay to let this air dry? go get MAF cleaner? or am I SOL?
