I hitted a small metal pole derbis on the highway. Bented a wheel, tire is bad. Help
I was driving 65 mph and hit a small metal pole derbis where it made impact
to my front right wheel. Three other wheel is good. The right front wheel is
bented about 2 inches and the tire have 4 bubble popped on sidewall. When I
drive on the road straight, the car is moving to the left slightly.
Is the front right axle is bent? It could cause the steering to move left slightly.
I will take to dealership to find out if the front right axle is bent or any problems.
My wheel is LS wheelmesh alloy wheel. I check the front right tire psi pressure
it at 29 psi. Left tire psi pressure is at 38 psi. Helps will be appreicated,
thank guy for reading it.

its kinda hard to tell if the axel is bent. is it making any wierd noises now that it didnt make before? your front left tire pressure is way to high.. lower it down to about 32-33. even out the tire pressure and see what its like then
you might want to replace you wheel and tire asap.. u dont want that thing blowing out on you.

My wife did the same thing on her LS 4 door. Except she hit a log in the road going about 90mph. I took it to the dealer and they diagnosed it free of charge since it was still under warrantee. Then I gave her my old fatty fives and got a new set of motegi's for less than getting one rim from the dealer!

I went to dealership, they found the front right knuckle arm was bented.
Replaced the knuckle arm and wheel bearing hub. I am going back
to install new caliper bolts nut for free of charge. Then install brembo
cross drilled front rotor slap with oem brake pad and bridgestone potenza r750
205/15/50 tires. I have a spare same wheelmesh alloy wheel, lucky me,
I throw away a bent wheel. Must do the wheel alightment on all 4 tires.
What a terrible day! Thank for all your supports and informations!

Hey guy, sorry to post one more thing. One more question. As all you know one front right wheel is bented as I had the knuckle arm replaced and wheel bearing hub. The thing is, the steering wheel is a little mess up. When I put the steering wheel straight on flat road, it turn a little bit to the right. The front right wheel is losing psi about 20 psi left in the tire and it bented really horrible. Is it the bented wheel that cause the car to turn to a little bit to the right? Thanks for reading again!

if the tire pressure is low it could cause a pull if the left is higher. also when you hit a tire and rim like that it my cause a tire pull move the tire to the back so you can compare weather the tire or the car is causeing the pull
