I'm 23, still under my parent's policy since they get a big discount for being teachers. Insurance company is called: California Casualty. Paying only $65 a month for full coverage. Reason why so cheap? No points on my record, and I'm insured on my beater ('85 camry), but covered to drive any car our family owns....

If full coverage is only $25 extra a month, I'd do it....especially living in the bay area...people are getting their tegs jacked every night!
