Here is the write up for Del Sol seats into a DA. The procedure is the same.

Re: (Ricextacy)
Sorry dude take it from a former GSR REAR SEATS IN A DA owner....not gonna work without custom work. GSR leather fronts with DA leather rears= expletiveIN SEXY --btw i think he meant that the DEL SOL seats bolt up the same as the GSR seats, so the write up should be the same for both understand? And if i remember correctly the plug for the seat belts...you may have to cut the wires and solder them together cuz the plugs are not the same. but it should work i kno a friend who did somethin similar to that. My leathers where in the car.

Ricextacy: o forreals..

Ricextacy: forreals huh

TEG: yeah
TEG: thats the other thing if i take the rails and put them on my seats the seats i have will be useless even if i reupholster them
Ricextacy: o yeah
Ricextacy: once u take em off there done?
TEG: ... well they woulnt have a rail any more
Ricextacy: hmm

Re: (Ricextacy)
You'd be better off looking for some Special Edition DA Leathers.
They arent to hard to find and lack the work of swapping rails and drilling new points to mount the new seats.
I suggest that over the DC seats.

Re: How to install GSR Leather seats in my DA?? (Ricextacy)
Im currently getting my seats done in my da. I took apart the seats to clean the seatbelts and rails. I discovered that the rail come off completely. But I always wondered how you could transfer seat( GSR into DA). Guess you would have to get one of each and compare. It tough because of the seatbelt set up, I know. Well good luck man.

dude i've been trying to do the same.. my boy is willing to trade me all the leathers from his 00 GSR for my racing buckets... i wanna do it only because of the back seats cuz my DA seats are [freak]ed.. i just wanna know ifd this is gonna work or no.. someone saaid that there will be a gap on both sides because the DA is wider than the DC

Re: How to install GSR Leather seats in my DA?? (Ricextacy)
I decided to just get my seats redone, I had the same problem. I decided to go with soft vinyl, grey. Im picking up my driver seat tommorow!! Im excited, but cant put it in till my dash is taken out and painted. I had trouble today trying to get it out the light switch is in the way. Has anyone pulled out a dash of a DA. I will post my pics for your critique. IM fairly new to this site but I freaken love it!!!!

The auto 2nd gen seatbelts bolt up fine to a 3rd gen bracket. Or at least they did with my buddies 92 integra. The problem is fitting the third gen rails into a Gen 2 Chassis. Nothing on the 3rd gen rail lines up with the 2nd gen chassis. So unless you modify the rails it doesn't want to bolt in because nothing lines up. For his seats i think he's going try to somehow custom fit the 2nd gen gen rails to the GSR leathers.
So your options are:
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by JDMguy88 »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">just have your existing seats re-upholstered in leather </TD></TR></TABLE>
or

You could switch the rails, but I don't think the gen 2 rails directly bolt to the 3rd gen seats because of the seat belt setup. With some modifying that could be an option. Or you could drill new holes into the body itself so it lines up with the brackets on the seats. Lastly you could drill out the existing holes in the 3rd gen rails, and shim them out enough until the holes line up. You'll probably just need to use a bigger washer for the bolts..
All i know is that it's an annoying swap! The rear seats definatley don't fit without leaving gaps. So 2nd gen leathers in the rear is a must for a clean swap IMO.
