how bad is it to run directional tires backwards??
dont ask why.. anyone know when you are only supposed to run directionals one way?? thanks..

Obviously the tire company will not endorse this action
I would not even touch this. You can probably get away with it for a short period of time. At the minimum wet traction would suck.

Instead of the tires pushing debris, air, WATER, away toward the outside of the tire it would kinda funnel it to the middle. It could caus all kinds of havoc. Hydroplaning is an exaple of one of them.
Ive seen people set up there ae86's with the tires tread facing backwards in the rear so they can kick out the rear end easier for drifting.

i did that bro long time ago...u will only lose a little bit of traction...its not that of a big deal..this is according to my personal experience...and tires gets a little louder than before...hope this helps
