hey my bro integra has a problem with his turn signals and the problems is that the front bulb works while the side bulb is out and the opposite on the other side. would the turn signal switch be at fault or something else. its an 01 intgera

Not likely a turn signal switch problem.

Have you checked the bulbs?.

The front side markers are controlled by the ICU, ICU problems are common on older Acura/Integra's.

After checking the wiring diagram, it looks like the front side markers on the 01 Integra are only park lights, no signal lights so the ICU is not part of circuit. 94

yea there new blubs and i cant fig this out whats the third wire for the positive and negative was was the third one

Park/head light wiring...

Park/running lights are red/black, with a black ground lead.
Left front park/signal light, red/black, [park] green/blue [signal] black ground.
Right front park/signal, red/black, [park] green/yellow, [signal] black ground.
Left head light red/yellow, [low] red/green, [high] black ground.
Right head light red/white, [low] red/blue, [high] black ground. 94
