Default help quick!

I need to remove my cv axle by 2 hours so I can get my alternator off. When I go to remove the axle nut on the hub I can get the hub to not move. I have a big *** breaker bar and when I try to break the nut free it acts like it wants to stay but the it slowly moves and I get no where. HELP PLEASE!!

What do you mean the rotor is frozen?

There are two hold down screws holding the rotor on.. Did you remove them?

Then remove the caliper bracket and you should be able to slide the rotor off..

are you talking about the bolt on the end of the axel?

If you put the tire on the car and lower it on the ground that will stop it from spinning while you break it loose

not sure if thats what your talking about though

The rotor is stuck on the hub? Try the jacking screws on the rotor or a nice dead blow hammer.
