HELP clutch pedal shake/vibrates 1/3 way up on cold start up??

HELP clutch pedal shake/vibrates 1/3 way up on cold start up??
guys i need some help, just today i notice that when i started my car when i let the clutch pedal up it briefly shook/vibrates about 1/3 of the way up then stop vibrating. if i push it back in and let it out again it doesnt do it!!
but if i turn off the engine then turn it back on again it does it again.. i just change the clutch flywheel and pressure plate myself in last may with all oem exedy and i double checked everything to a T, and it never did the shaking thing untili today. im realy worried now! i check the bolts on the clutch master to make sure theire tight and they are.
what could this be? also note that i do have stiff motor mount all 5 in the car and it causes tons of vibrations threw out the cabin. but i doubht they would be the cause because why would the pedal just start vibrating now?
it also the pdeal doesnt vibrate at all while driving, shifting threw gears, etc. just on the cold start ups when im letting the pedal up.
*and car is a 96 civic hatch back with a gsr engine

The only thing I can think of is this is related to temperature. I have an Exedy Stg.1 and it seems to be extra touchy, grippy in cold weather until it warms up.
Also, if you have an aftermarket CMC, there is no damper on the pushrod like OEM CMCs, thus you will feel the clutch more.
Try bleeding the system and checking for leaks.
