GSR valve spring remove?
Anyone know how to remove valve spring on gsr head w/ head assembly to block? How do i remove camshaft and timing belt? I have the vavle spring compressor tool. I need to remove it cause it is worn out. I'm putting skunk 2 or crower valve spring and titanium retainer.

With all of your questions, you need a Helm manual. It will guide you. For the spring removal with the head on the car, there are two techniques.
1) Pressurize the current cylinder with air to prevent the valves from dropping.
2) Feed thin rope in through the spark plug hole and rotate the current piston to TDC to prevent the valves from dropping.
A word of advice is to block all oil drain passages in the head with rags to prevent misplacement of the valve spring keepers into your engine.
