195-55-15's or 205-50-15's Those are your two options. The 205 is slightly shorter than stock and the 195 is slightly taller than stock. I personally have been running 195-55's and have no complaints. The extra height is sorta nice too since it makes the car just a tiny bit higher off the ground. Not a huge difference, but every little bit counts when you start lowering the car as much as many of us do.
And to anyone who says to get the 205's cause they're wider.... depending on the brand and model of tire some 195's are just as wide as some 205's.... it just depends on the tire. Also, if price is a consideration often the 195-55's are a good deal cheaper, I know its that way w/ the yokohama es100's.

205/50/15. I wouldnt call this size 'low profile', but some shops wouldnt mount my tires b/c they said: "our machine is old, and cant handle the low profile tires". Sheesh.
