I'm gonna be installing new cams soon. Was just wondering what gaskets/seals I should change while I'm in there. Here is what I've come up with so far:

Valve cover gasket
Sparkplug seals
Gaskets under the valve cover bolts
Distributor O-ring
Cam seal*

*Is there one cam seal per cam? If so, are they the same part no.?

Anything else I should replace?

Someone will chime in with the proper names but you should replace the cam seal(distributor side) and the 2 cam seals on the timing belt side. I would say with the 0-ring, gromets, valve cover gaset and spark plug seals, you just about covered it. If your timing belt is old I would replace that as well.

I thinks Mr. Gasket gots a package for the b18 motors that supply you will all the gaskets you need....

I used the same gaskets for my Cam Swap 4 times with NO problems. No leak.

if there vtec cams that you are replacing dont forget the ORFICE!

I would inspect all the seals and if there is any wear i would replace them but the only item i ever changed was my valve cover gasket..
What kind of cams did you get if you dont mind me asking>> ?
