Found a GS-R Integra, 94 going for $5500. The car has 110k miles on it... Apparently the ECU was stolen and it was replaced by a P28 (good, bad?) That is a lot of miles for a GSR but would it be worth it if I rebuild the block and turbo'd it or went even higher compression and stayed all motor?

got my 94 LS for 5500, $500 for a "omg the tranny, transfer case, and engine blew up 30k miles later" type deal, but now I think I'm regreting it because I won't really be able to mess with anything, o well, 140k miles, good till 170 I guess
