Default Finishing ls/vtec build.

Well my build is coming back together. I had ls/vtec for about 3 months and decided to go high comp and build the bottom end up. I purchased a b16 in it's place for a drop in during the build. Funny thing was that my b16 was actually quicker than my ls/vtec, due to the fact that I could rev to 8500rpm w/b16 and only 7500rpm w/ ls/vtec.

So, my set up so far....

I have the same head still from original.
B16A JDM Cylinder Head
Port & Polish
Valve job
Crower Titanium Valve Springs and Retainers
Rev Swirl Polished Race Valves
Stock b16 cams
STR fuel rail
STR cam gears
ITR Intake Manifold
Mugen Valve cover
NGK Iridium Plugs
Nology Hot wires

Block was stock on first build, but it's getting rebuilt better.
B18B1 block
Block guard
Cylinder walls honed
ACL Race Bearings: Rod, Main, and thrust washers
SRM H Beam Forged Rods
ARP 9mm Rod bolts
ITR Oil and Water pumps
GE Ls/Vtec Kit
ARP Head Studs

I'm now looking for some HIGH COMP PISTONS. I can't decide on what to get though. Wouldn't mind some used ones if anyone has some. LOL. Thinking Arias All-Motor Pistons. Found some of those for $460 so far. Also getting some different camshafts, more than likely Buddy Club Spec III's. I have ITR 4-1 header w/Heal & Toe skid plate. Stage 3 ACT clutch and 12lb flywheel. Gonna try to pick up a knife-edged crank too.

Let me know what you guys think. Let me know if I'm over looking anything. Not looking for huge amounts of power, but just smooth and quick. I'll get pics of stuff up soon.
