Finally Painting The Integra
So I'm finally painting my integra and i'm wondering if its going to be a pain in the *** to try to get all the windshield moldings, quarter glass, etc etc etc... basically want all new window moldings and trim... seeing if anybody has ran into any problems or see if i can get any advice or any help would be apppreciated?..

They can be fragile, so take extra care when removing them.
Your paint job will look better with the trims removed. There will be not paint residue on the rubber with different color underneath it.

Ditto the above^^^ also the rear side3 windows are "glued" into place, as is the hatch glass/rear glass.
Removing the read side glass without damage is a trick and should be left to someone that knows what they are doing, [auto glass shop]
For the hatch or rear window a wire trim "lift' is best bet, what I did was force 16ga wire under the window trim to lift it off the body then masked it, no masking tape lines or getting paint off trim. 94
