Failed smog, suggestions?
I failed my smog today because of too much HC at 25mph. Here are the numbers from the test
%CO2 (15mph)- 0 (max 14) HC(PPM) (15mph)- 61 (max 61)
(25mph)- 0 (max 14.1) (25mph)- 60 (max 45)
CO% (15mph)- .11 (max .54)
(25mph)- .13 (max .53) NO(PPM) (15mph)- 31 (max 467
(25mph)- 14 (max 754
Ignition timing: 18 BTDC
Anyone have any clue what i need to fix? thanks

Try the O2 sensor, new plugs, run the best gasoline you can, and check your catalytic converter. A guy at my job is going through this and he cut his emissions in half.
