Exhaust Manifold/ Smoke Issue

Exhaust Manifold/ Smoke Issue
Let me try to give some background info. I have a 98 Integra Auto Transmission. Has stock exhaust manifold. 175k miles. The car starts and runs but smokes (whitish smokes) out the exhaust. I have checked the underside of my oil cap and no presence of coolant. No loss of coolant recently. Oil just looks burned, but no water present. I am trying to figure out why smoke is exiting my exhaust. One of the lower bolts on my exhaust manifold is missing. I am getting a new bolt tomorrow after work. I can see oil burning around the bottom of the exhaust manifold where it bolts to the down pipe. Can this missing bolt even be a POSSIBLE cause of this smoke? I know i'm burning oil somewhere and its dripping directly from the bottom of the manifold where it bolts to the downpipe.
Any suggestions or advice helpful

that "oil" you're seeing is mostly likely water, all be it filled with carbon, just like you can see water drip from your exhaust at idle. no that one bolt won't do it, most likely just an old engine that burns oil due to bad seals or piston rings.
