erratic idle wont stop
history: car w/ erratic idle
i just changed my iacv and my car is still f'd up....wtf!?
someone please help, i can't begin to emphasize how frustrated i feel at this moment !

Did you bleed the cooling system? try doing that it seems to help a lot. Also check for any vacuum leaks... I had a split hose that was driving me crazy until I found it.
Also check to make sure the gaskets are all properly sealing around the intake manifold.

make sure the connections arent reversed.. TPS / IACV
Also, maybe one you put in is bad? One last guess... reset ECU?
I have a friend with a car doing that right now... when we find what it was, Ill let you know.

Have you checked the pvc valve on the intake manifold also check all vaccum hoses they sometimes split by the clamps and it is really hard to see so pull gently on the hoses and listen for any changes in sound.

could be the cooling system like he said. If you have any air bubbles it can cause an irratic idle.

Or you could have an improper valve adjustment...man it could be a few things
