Default electrical nightmare

Hey guys, I'm pretty sure i've posted my issue here and other forums, but have been unable to find a solution.

Well It all started when I had purchased a 95 integra with a JDM front. I had installed a b18c1 from a 2000 Integra. I ran all the wires and there were no check engine lights. The car worked great. A week or two go by, and it seems as if my battery was losing its power. The lights would be dimmer when trying to start and in ACC mode, and the car wouldnt have enough juice to start. I would have to pop start it or Jump it. The car would hesitate before the starter kicked in. Sometimes it wouldnt do anything, I'd wait 5 mins and bam it starts right up. pretty Hard to diagnose.

I Went ahead and starting to try and fix the issue. Being a n00b at the time, I started swapping parts. I put in an Ignition switch, Brand New Battery, Checked all fuses, and also replaced the Alternator with an HO alt, puts out about 22v when the car is running. I replaced the battery(-) to ground, and I double checked and sanded connections for the Tranny Ground. I replaced the battery terminals. I also have swapped in 2-3 used starters I had lyign around(2 of them had a similar issue, 1 didnt work at all) I took a starter off a working integra, same issue. I checked my main relay and Starter Cut relay and they are fine. I replaced the fuse box under the hood as well.

The car still had an issue, I took out the DMM and the battery has 12.7v, Its as if I leave my car sit for an hour or two it does not want to start up Like it was losing power. So I had tested for a parasatic drain. I got 9 milliwatts which I'm pretty sure is about normal drainage from an integra.

The problem is still progressing at this time, I now turn my key to ACC mode, all the lights are very dim like my battery is dead! Sure enough 12 volts from the battery. I turn my key to start and Nothing. I checked all my fuses again, nothing. Then I got the car to jump start, and when I try to start my car with another car hooked up my dash lights are bright, things work inside my car! and I wait a few seconds and it trys turning over and starts right up. and Once my car is running I get 22v of power everything inside seems to work great, headlights come on, everything works its like there isn't any problem.

So my problem seems to be just like a battery issue, but its not the battery I have taken it out and it starts up my other integra just fine. And I'm lost now I'm starting to think I have to bring her to honda. Or buy a new shell and say fkk it and throw this shell out.

Any suggestions?
