ECU code 61 thrown: Primary Oxygen Sensor
I found out that my CEL light is on b/c code 61 is being thrown. It's the Primary Oxygen Sensor. What could be causing it? A bad o2 sensor, or could the o2 sensor not be put back in when I had my header installed?

If you get that code, then it's either the sensor has failed or that there is a problem in the circuit. Your ecm is detecting too much off, too less off or no voltage.
get the voltage specs for that sensor. I don't know them by heart.
first, check to see if it is plugged in
next, look at the condition of the wiring
next. Check to see if voltage is going to the sensor - with key on of course
then start the car, rev it up to 2000 rpms for a while and check if voltage is coming out of it. If not, then bad sensor. If yes, bad wiring...

Thanks for the help. I thought the person who installed my header might have forgot to reinstall the O2 sensor, but it looks like he didn't. Thanks again.
