I've beeen looking for these for a while on the net with mixed varying results so I decided to become a member here. Great information.
I had a P0847 code on my Odyssey 2005 4cyl model. Which would cause the D on the dash to flash 2x second or so evenly. When engine turned off then restarted it resets but may flash again later in the day when driving.
The code points to a faulty 3rd Pressure Switch in the trans, however how does it know there is not a problem with the actual pressure instead inside the trans ?

Can someone explain the Catalytic Convert efficiency theory.
Does the Cat conv use two sensors in and out and what gases do they sense.

Hi all,

I'm using a registered version of PCSCAN to read the OBDII and although it reads and clears the fault codes it reads little else inc the dashboard which seems eratic at best and also the Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting and reconnecting despite being only a seat away in the car.
The software needs to be able to read the Bluetooth com port 41 on my Toshiba Qosmio X770 Win 7 64bit laptop.
Some programs are for serial port PC's only and only go up to port 8 or less.
Maybe someone can post the software HONDA use for OBDII Bluetooth version here.

Can any one suggest a good program that works with a bluetooth OBDII reliably for all data.
The Demo program is crap and the others that came with it are for serial port OBDII's. No good as my Bluetooth port is port 41 on my laptop. I got a blue tooth one as modern laptops dont have a serial port.

I have a turbo gsr with b16 head it's been sitting for few months and when I first started it to check for leaks it ran perfect. I went to crank it last weekend it had CEL and it ran like a wrx. I have error 12 which is egr lift valve malfunction. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM PLEASE ITS KILLING ME

We recently acquired a 2000 Honda Pilot. It brought up a low power alert yesterday, with reduced power and throttle to the floor went no where. Had a friends code reader that shows a 1295 code. Is this the throttle sensor? Where can I find info about this code and the sensor(s)? Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated!

Wrong section post this in the ridgeline/oddessy/MDX/pilot section. but it's known as the TPS and can be found on the side of the throttle body 45$ part.

Mine only flashes once, and thats when I turn the ignition all the way to the right one. And when i turn it back left it flashes once. Any idea?

I have a 1996 Acura Integra LS Coupe bone stock.
the only 2 Codes that pop up and I tried on 3 different ODBII Code readers, and they are; P0700 & P1791, Anyone know how to get them fixed? Please Help a Fellow teggy user out.

I get an intermittent ABS light in my '96 JDM SIR-G. When it comes on, just turn the car off, restart and most times it doesnt come back. Previous owner said the ABS modulalor ran out of brake fluid once, he started seeing the CEL after that.
