Default Droning/humming noise when at speed, need your thoughts.

Car: 2000 Integra LS - 253k on body.
Stock everything.

So, this started about 2 months ago. I noticed some noise from the front wheels, mostly the drivers side when I was on the freeway.
The noise increases/decreases with speed. It's almost definitely the drivers side. When I'm driving through parking lots and turning, it almost sounds like the tires are rubbing where they shouldn't be (like how new tires sound with a lot of tread). Seems to mostly sound like that when turning left at low speeds.

First thing I did was jack the car up and shake the wheel and check for bad ball joints or wheel bearings. There's no play in the wheels, the ball joints rubber is cracked a bit, but don't seem to be leaking, and there isn't any play in it. Also, the CV Axle boots are not torn, and they seem to be in decent shape.

The sound got noticeably louder within a week or so. I pulled the front wheels off and noticed the inside of both tires were worn down quite a bit. I figured it was an alignment issue.

So I bought some used tires and went and got my alignment done.

It seemed to be much quieter, but after a week of driving, I noticed the sound again.
It was on stock pads and rotors, and they were both worn down pretty bad. I bought new pads and rotors that week and put them in.

The noise again got quieter, but I could still hear a droning kind of sound at speed.

I also noticed that when I would hit bumps on corners, the car would almost lose control. I decided to check the suspension out.

I have a eg hatch that has a slightly used suspension (kyb's and tein springs), so I just pulled the front suspension off it and threw it on the integra.

While doing this, I noticed the inner tie rod end boot was destroyed and there was a bit a play in the tie rod.

After driving for a few days with the new suspension, the noise got louder and a LOT more noticeable at highway speeds. I babied it until I got a chance to change the tie rod end this weekend. The passenger side didn't look bad, so I just replaced the drivers side last night (inner and outer).

I took it out for a test drive and the damn noise is still there. The alignment is still pretty good, but I know I need to get it re-done this week. I don't think that is what is going on at all though.

What do you think? Any ideas? I'm tired of dumping money in to this BS.
