97 b18b swap in 90 integra
Got my b18b in now have some questions. I wanted to see if the engine will turn on. I connected all the harnesses. I turned the key on 1 and I didn't hear the pump prime. I put a new pump in and main relay and still hear nothing. The fuel pump carrier was a lil rusty also. You guys think I should replace that also. I Checked over everything and it seems ok. I will say I don't have all the vacuum lines hooked up but the ones on the fuel rail and regulator are hooked up. It's a 97 b18b in a 90 integra.

Did the pump and relay work before the swap? If so it's doubtful they were the culprit. Are you sure you've connected all the grounds including the thermostat ground? This is the main relays main grounding source and if not cleans and tight will cause the issue you're having.
