So here i am doing a tune up on a 95 GSR. I took that pesky little screw out without stripping it on the rotor, and the rotor will not come off. Not matter how hard i push/pull it won't budge. Any suggestions?

Yank it harder, it'll come. I had the same concern, but if you have a good rotor standing by, just yank it, pry it, you can even lube it w/ penetrating fluid. Break it if you have to.

i did break it... the whole plastic piece is off. only the metal internal of the rotor is there. I have tried prying it...Better not have to get the grinder out. Will not budge at all.

x2!!! I used a chisel on mines, and just lightly tapped it out.

ok well i went through hell and some to get it off... Ended up grinding it till it broke. Cleaned up the shaft and installed new rotor cap and wires. I started up the car and right away get a cel 7. For TPS. Now i dropped a screw and was looking around it for a while. And might have touched the TPS sensor. Is it that sensitive or it it some crazy timing that my tps goes bad right that instant? (it was fine before)

You might just need to adjust it. if not then replace it.

This has happened twice to me on my GSR. I had to break the rotor away from the center metal 'collar' and use vice grips to pull that pesky little bastage off.

you might want to put a dab of anti seize on the shaft so next time it will come off esier

If just the metal is left, you could heat the metal to expand it and then get some vices on there. I think on your's there is a bond between the two metal surfaces. try twisting with vices as well. either should work

I have 95 integra LS with same problem I was close to break it, but I give one more try, what did I do? I took a wire from my old cellphone charger and passed it behind the rotor once I have the wire around it, I started to pull and that f.... rotor come out
