96 ls brakes ???
got teg from brother last spring, brake pedal was super firm and stopped hard.
changed front pads last week and pedal is alittle soft. any ideas?? another issue is the ebrake. adjusted rear calipers and handle screws and brake still barely grabs. any ideas???

Bleed the brakes. Sometimes new pads will be a bit softer for a few miles. How did you adjust the rear? When I do a brake job I pull the hand brake up a few times till the slack adjusters get it tight.

yeah got everything straightened out- just had to readjust the rear caliper pistons fron when i did the rear pads last fall- brakes are nice and tight again and ebrake only takes 4 or 5 clicks and its good
