100+ , plus the new VC gasket...id say buy the tools and learn for yourself....save yourself 70 bucks.

Spend 60 bucks, get the helms manual, and do it yourself. It is cake to do- maybe an hour if you are slow.

Basic tools are all you need- and feeler gauges. I have done mine 3x - every 20K miles.

I think around 100 bucks is right, BTW.
