its not hard it just takes a while to do it. i dont have a write up but i can tell you that your gonna need Radiator fluid, SILICONE, and a new valve cover gasket and something else I FORGOT. Make sure before you start taking apart the block you disconnect the battery and get ready for the fluids to leak from the head. Ill try in get you a write up. I wonder if there a difference from changing a b18a1 head gasket and a your head gasket????

Its pretty up there on top. It took me about 2 days to finish mine, but that wasnt full days maybe like 4-6 hours a day. I cleaned up all the valves and springs and pretty much the whole head. I recommend you do that too cause your heads are probley just a dirty lol. HAVE FUN good luck.

PS: if you do clean everything make sure you dont lose anything. The valve springs are held by half a clip on both sides on both sides that are a PAIN to put back in(you may need two people) youll understand what im talking about if you take the spings off

could it have already warped? right now there is a small amount of white smoke coming out of the exhaust and nothing else is really happening.

head gaskets are fairly... shouldn't take to long but make sure you lock the cams into place i'm not sure the manual says to do so. if you don't your timing has to be redone. I changed a C1 yesterday takes about 2 hours if you've seen it before. just take your time its really simple when you get to it. let me know if you need anything.

changing headgasket is just a matter of taking some bolts off and removing lines.. Fairly easy, luckily we have honda's. i would imagine the head to be a bitch to put on if you dont have strong arms. good luck.
