Let's start with some questions.
When did this problem start? (Did you overrev with a misshift, etc.?)
Are the valves adjusted? Have you performed a compression check?
Is the timing adjusted?
What do the spark plugs look like?
Does the CEL blink only at low RPM or at all RPM?

The CEL was on and then after a couple days started blinking.
Are the valves adjusted? Have you performed a compression check?
No, I will search how to do this and do it ASAP.
Is the timing adjusted?
No, I need to check the timing.
Spark plugs should be new. just had tune up.

All RPM.

It is most likely your distributor. It is still best to check the other things first, as they are cheaper. If you have a spare distributor, you can try to swap it. be sure to check the timing with a timing light.

Hey in regards to checking the timing, can you check the timing on a 1998 integra?
i called a couple mechanics today and they said you can't adjust the timing on the 1998. So what does this mean? ? how do you check the timing?

It means get a new mechanic. Download a Helm manual for the procedure. (Search google for "hondahookup manuals". There is a 1998 manual posted there.) To check the timing, you basically warm the car, jumper the ECU jumper in the passenger kick panel (same jumper used to pull the CEL), check the timing on the crank pully with a timing light (white mark is 0 deg BTDC, red mark is 16 deg BTDC, use the white mark if the light has a degree adjustment), and adjust the distributor orientation until the timing is 16 +-2 deg BTDC.
C-speed has a link in the other link that I posted.

shitty/dirty injectors....i've been there with these codes before, replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, module....none of it worked
ran some Lucas injector cleaner/octane booster and it cleared it right up...for about4 months
when it happened again i replaced the injectors and it has been great ever since (a year and a half ago)

dirty injectors can cause all kinds of ****.....but i would HIGHLY recommend going to your local parts store and at least TRYING the lucas octane booster
it's a red bottle for like $9....i wouldn't recommened it if it didn't work....and i remember when i had this problem i searched after i replaced the ****, and got all kinds of stupid/irrelevant posts
now since i have experience i can tell YOU what worked for ME....i won't gaurantee it but can damn sure say it's worth a shot and probably will work

I dumped in some of that CRC emission pass and deleted the codes with my scanner, so far the CEL hasnt come on but it seems to just pop on when it feels like it. Sometimes as idle, sometimes while cruising on the freeway

i've been running the 104 octane booster for about 2 months, what's the difference between that and the lucas, does the lucas brand have more injector cleaner?

All the research i've done led me to believe that the nos and the 104 outlaw had the highest octane boosting capability, what about just using the straight lucas injector cleaner? But anyways, i know its not the injectors cause this morning i swapped the injectors 1 and 3 with 2 and 4, and right now i just got another cylinder 1 and 3 misfire, unless its the actual injector harness that's bad

Mine recently came on again, so I am stumped. Luckily the CEL's popped on the day after I got her smogged. Safe for another 2 years.
