Default Code 3 after b20vtec swap

I need some help. I swapped a b20vtec into my 91 integra (it previously had an obd0 b16). I also upgraded to obd1 at the same time using a jumper harness and and ecu with a base tune that I purchased from Phearable. I am now getting a code 3(map sensor) and the car is running very rich. I'm still using the original firewall mounted map sensor, it was fine before the swap. I also have an issue with the tps. If I set it properly I get a code 7(tps sensor). If I set it out of range, the code goes away. Any ideas?
