Clutch press very inconsistent pls help!
Hey guys I'm having a clutch pressure problem on and off. On my 2000 gsr I noticed the clutch started to get weird and felt like it was losing pressure. Looked under the dash and the master was leaking so I changed it and changed slave clyinder right away. Bleed the system like 50 times until I got all fluid n no air. Clutch feels nice and tight no issues. Until I'm in traffic or the car is cold. The clutch gets very very soft and engages right off the floor like not even an inch. It's annoying that the clutch pressure keeps changing. I been told it might be the rubber line on the hydro line. Or did I get a bad master or slave? Any help would be great! Thanks!

Re: Clutch press very inconsistent pls help!
I bought it everything on Amazon it's non oem parts. Don't really see how that can cause a pressure loss with no leaks anywhere. Everythings dry and the master is full of clean fluid. The clutch is super tight for the full stroke just sometimes grabs right off the floor but the pedal comes right back up on its own. Very strange. Which leads me to believe it's the line flexing under pressure. I tried adjusting it more still does it. Thanks!

Try adjusting the engagement point its very easy its the 10mm nut thats on the clutch master adjust it ever so slightly and check the clutch engagement and set it to where it feels right.

How much play is in your pedal? I would follow this article to make sure it is within spec:

Also, make sure that your reservoir is at the appropriate level (not exceeding max)

I agree with andrewjwatson, adjusting the clutch pedal height, endplay, and travel. there's three skrews around the clutch pedal, i'd check they are all tight. First loosen the clutch switch bolt, then bolt on the back of the pedal, after loosened, the push rod can be adjusted for travel and height, after adjusted remember to tighten the push rod bolt and the clutch switch bolt. I'm sure there is a much more specific procedure on the web, but i'd follow the clutch pedal height adjustment procedure
