Re: Clicking when turning and accelerate
Its hard to diagnose your issue because clicking and popping are two different sounds. Does this happen every time you accelerate? Is it continuous even when you're coasting? Does it happen when you're in gear or in Neutral? If your transmission manual or automatic? Which axle did you replace? Was the noise the only reason you replaced the axle?

Re: Clicking when turning and accelerate
Looks like the snap rings on the axle isn't locking...that's why you keep having a "popping out" noise. There's no strong lock onto the half shaft.
I had a "clicking" issue before...
Turned out to be dry CV boots on the axles. So I bought a cheap, universal CV boot replacement kit. Took off my axles and removed the old CV boots, added grease & new CV boots. Clamped it all back on & installed the axles, problem solved.
Not sure if this is the same issue as yours though..

This is common with aftermarket/refurbished axles. It is common for people to pull the snap ring off the old OEM broken axle and transfer it to the new aftermarket/refurbished axle because the snap ring that is suplied usualy dont work right. And not to mention in my experience those axles from autozone and other auto shop stores are a hit and miss sometimes they work and sometimes they dont, iv had to many bad experiences including a axle i installed that poped out on the freeway!. I get either a used OEM axle or a refurbished axle from the dealer but if you are willing and can afford a higher end axle i recomend the level 0 replacment axle from The driveshaft shop, i believe its $150 i have it on my Pro charged Integra, they are more durable and built with better parts and they make some of the world strongest racing axles which im sure you probrably already know.
In conclusion pull out the axle and inspect and may as well replace it with a oem snap ring from the dealer its pretty cheap.

Re: Clicking when turning and accelerate
A creaking noise under the clutch pedal under acceleration or sharp turns is a bit tough to diagnose. Try spraying all your drivers side suspension bushings with white lithium or a dry spray lube to determine if its suspension related.

Re: Clicking when turning and accelerate
So is there any vibration or clicking popping under the pedal area anymore?
