CEL CODE 7 - 9 & 21 / ABS CODE 17 - 32 - 41 - 54 & 81 HELP!!!!

CEL CODE 7 - 9 & 21 / ABS CODE 17 - 32 - 41 - 54 & 81 HELP!!!!
I searched everywhere. There are some many different posts with very little information pin pointing the route of the problem.
Vehicle is;
1998 Integra GSR, B18C1 mild Mod, MSD external Coil
OBD2A - OBD1 HARNESS ON CHIPPED ECU W/ KENJI CHIP
these don't sound like there all related but I need to know if anyone has had a identical or similar problem to this.
CEL Codes:
7 - TPS Postition - I just changed the TPS sensor so, I have to calibrate it. I know this is causes irratic idling but the other codes listed are idle related as well.
9 - Crank Postition Sensor - I just replaced my Distributor and have never had this problem before but I'm begining to think maybe the NEW aftermarket distributor I purchased was bad, which is common. Any one think otherwise?
21 - VTEC Solenoid Valve - not sure, some old threads I looked up have had Code 9 & 21 showing up together. Is this usually related? Do I have to replace the VTEC Solenoid? This code only came after I installed the NEW Distributor.
I'm noticing a pattern with Distributers going bad when running on chipped ECU's this is the third time Im having this problem and everytime I have swapped out a chip my Distributor seems to go bad. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Has happened to my cousin as well, he has a similar setup as I.
Now to the ABS Codes, I never really have dealt with this system before, so any help is appreciated.
Codes;
17 - RL WHEEL SENSOR

41 - FR WHEEL LOCK
54 - FAIL SAFE RELAY
81 - ECU
I'm trying to use my mechanical trouble shooting logice with this lol
If I get all those code along with the ECU code could this mean my ABS ECU is damaged and in turn will give me other false codes or has anyone had similar sequence of codes as I'm having?

Your ECU may be going haywire. Swap in a working P72 and see if you still get the codes.

Thanks, I'm a try get a new ABS Computer so I can start the process of elimination.
I have to find a Virgin 98-99 OBD2A P72 GSR ECU, So I can see if I getting the correct CEL codes. Anybody have one?
To a rainy weekend and I didn't even get a chance to work on the whip

Interested in seeing how you've progressed so far.
I'm in a very similar boat: 98 GSR, JRSC, OBD1-based Hondata S200.
Check engine light is on; ABS light is not on. Jumper the 2-pin connector, and get the following ABS codes: 16, 52, 61, 81
Disconnecting the main ABS relay disables the ABS (so the ABS light is constant on). Check engine light still comes on.
Off to my tuner tomorrow to diagnose....
