Default can't get my car in gear after new clutch HEELLPP!!

ok so i just installed a new copper kevlar 6 puck unsprung clutch and at first before i bled the clutch i could put it into gear and was able to drive it but it was still kinda hard to drive. So then i bled the clutch and now i cant drive it at all. I cant put it into gear the pedal feels really mushy and there the slave is bearly pushing the fork. i tried everything i replaced the master and slave cylinder and it was still doin the same thing.
I also took the tranny off again and took the entire clutch off to make sure everything was installed properly and everything was. i put everything back together and rebled the clutch still nothing... the pedal is still mushy and it doesnt disengage the clutch....i know its not the tranny cuzz i can shift fine with the car is off and if i put it into gear and start it i can kinda drive it...so i was thinking

PROBLEM MIGHT BE...

1. the pressure plate is a couple mm shorter then my stock one (which makes the position of the fork seem like its farther out to the left)
2. the new throwout bearing is alot thicker then the stock one
3.the shift fork is bent (i looked at it and it doesnt seem to be)
4. wrong pressure plate

i'm gonna be calling the shop soon but its not open today if any of u guys have any ideas advice it would be very helpful thnx!

usually when stuff like this happens, its because the clutch is not bleed well enough.
humor me and bleed it again, make sure the fluid in the resiover stays full.

what condition was the flywheel in? If its worn to bad it won't contact the clutch with the right length. also did you damage the pressure plate when you installed it. I seen people not line the tranny shaft right and try to force it in with the tranny bolts. not a good ideal. I would check the pressure plate and fork real good.

my friend said it might be that the flywheel is worn out too since i didnt take it off or anything...im pretty sure i didnt damage the pressure plate when i installed it. It went in pretty smooth...i'm thinking that the pressure plate might be too short because the fork is sittin back too far to the left and its usually in the middle therefore there's no room for the fork to move to disengage the clutch thnx for all the help guys this is very helpful keep the advice coming
