Default Can snow affect carbon fiber hoods?

I just recently got a carbon fiber hood and thinking ahead to the winter, I wondered if pounds of snow sitting on top of my hood would bend or damage it in any way. Anyone have insight into this?

My friends CRX has a CF hood and it snows out here alot, I've never seen any snow related damage on it.

I think you're good to go.

if the hood has alot of snow on it and you beat your car enough to where the hood gets hot on bottom, it will diminish the clear coat.

Is this a serious thread?

I am wondering if wind will hurt my windshield?
