theres not many options for non vtec other than the crower 40x series
and no type r cams will not fit, and there is no such thing as a b18b2

im from australia buddy and their is a b18b2 i have the b18b2 it the same as the b18b1...........so dont say their is no such thing cause there is!!!

if its the same why did they feel the need to change the engine code, it must be different somewhere, whether it be emissions

for street you can go with the crower 403 or web cams also make a good cam. i run the web myself and i like it.

i used to run crane stage ones in my b1 and i run crower's now. it all depends on what you want and are willing to put up with during daily driving. the crane cams are much more drivable in stop and go traffic but the crower's deliver more power and a sick cam loped idle. all and all cams are important and trying to save a hundred bucks off ebay may cost you your motor or valves. make sure to take that into account never go cheap on essential engine parts or internals
