94 integra cluster and clock not working!
Ok so today i turned my car on and everything was working fine and i left for school, about a minute later i look at my rpms and notice its not giving me rpms my mph, amount of gas or temperature, and only the battery light turns on and CEL light sometimes flickers. I also noticed my clock wasnt working either, and earlier today my friend told me my reverse lights werent woking either. So i checked the instrument and lights fuses and everything seems fine, also two days ago i took out my carpet to clean it amd noticed a cut on a black wire running along the floor(whether or not that has anything to do with the problem i dont know) idk whats wrong, i also tried another cluster and still nothing. I was wondering if theres a relay that controls these things i could check. Please help!

There is no relay.
Black is normally a ground in our cars.
Because different circuits are affected, I would start looking at grounds, [dash harness grounds].
What is the trim level of you 94, and is it a 5 speed or auto? 94

Re: 94 integra cluster and clock not working!
There are two(2) fuses for the cluster, fuse 15-10A and fuse 24-10A, [both hot in run and start] in under dash fuse box and SRS fuse box, make sure both fuses have power at both test tips when ign switch is on.
The back-up lights are also on fuse 15.
If you have power on both test tips of the fuses, you will nee to pull the cluster and test for power on the yellow and black/yellow leads going to the cluster, there are two yellow leads, both are from the same fuse and test for ground on the two black leads, ground point, [G202] is behind left side of dash. 945
