check the ignitor or the coil.im not too sure on how but mine had the same problem and i swapped out mine with my friend's ignitor and it fired right up.it might be one of those

i bet it has spark and its just old gas if it was working when it was put away. if not it could be distibutor or ecu, but p61 ecu's are impossible to find.

check all your ground wires.....
I had the same problem with my civic, replaced everything and it would not start..
then I looked around and found 1 loose ground wire and 1 a little rusty, fired up when I addressed both, and replaced working parts with new working parts...
I was not very happy because by then I was $300 down the hole for 2 f'ing wires
