Brass, Copper, HEADGASKET HELP!
Alright, well Im about done with the build on my engine:
9:1 Compression Pistons
Eagle Rods
Darton sleeves
KMS Valves
KMS Springs
KMS Retainers
ARP Head Studs
Edelbrock Victor X Intake Manifold
Skunk 2 Cam Gears
Greddy Power Exhaust
RS*R Headers
3-Angle Vavle Job
Bored block to 2.0L
Micropolished Crank
Port & Polish Head
Port Match Intake Manifold
Now soon I am going to be turboed running 20lbs (after dynoing, tuning) the problem is I am going to need a stronger gasket to withstand those high levels. Now I have been informed cometics makes a good copper gasket... I am looking for any help on finding a company or anyone know or have any good tips to a good headgasket for turboed cars. I have ARP head studs so the OEM Honda gasket should last but im not taking the risk.
Thanks,
Nick

Re: Brass, Copper, HEADGASKET HELP! (1Bar GSR)
Theres a few different types of headgaskets for turbo applications. Cant quite place my finger on it at the moment though, but hey, since your going turbo, pick up the book "Maximum Boost" by Corkey Bell. Good book for street turbocharged applications. Covers pretty much everything for street applications. It has a section on headgaskets too. Theres certain types of headgaskets that have grooves and pins to keep it from blowing your seal. Another hint, go ask in the Forced Induction area. They know more about this siznit then I do.
