Braking shimmy/pulse possible source(s)
My 95 gsr has newish front rotors; replaced them roughly 5k ago because I thought it would cure the shimmy/pulse I get when braking hard...usually only felt on a good downhill, say coming from around 70mph to 55. Get some real shaking, don't like it. I don't tend to ride the brakes super hard, so don't think it's warping, and this happened when they were literally brand new, with stock new pads.
Now, for other sources of this issue:
Rear rotors? They are somewhat old, might be stock.
Wheels? They are original fat fives with fairly new tires; want to say they have around 30k on them and looking for an excuse for going Enkei RPF1 with some new rubber.
Bearings? I have no idea if they've ever been replaced front or rear, seems like at 220k might be a good preventive anyway.
Suspension is koni yellows, no issues I know of. Replaced the rack&pinion this year.
Thanks if you've read this far, and aren't annoyed...and want to offer suggestions.
I do appreciate it!

what brand are these rotors and pads? part store rotors are notorious for "wobbling" everything else you listed sounds/should be fine. you'll hear a really loud howl before your wheel bearing remotely give you any issues.
last thing i'll add is when was the car last aligned and WHERE not firestone or some cheap chain shop. And of course you had the wheels balanced when you got new tires right?

Front rotors are Centric, got them from Rockauto; pads are oem Honda.
Alignment is a good point, did have one done this year at I think Big Brand, but definitely not Firestone. Still may be time for another alignment.
Thanks for your time.
